Perhaps you used a sealant designed for water purposes(coolant)? I know the stuff that nissan wants use to use for the P71 cant be used for coolant, but it seals oil great.
here is a link to the stuf i used. it was recomended by a mechanic friend that generaly never stearms me wrong.

it says that it works, but i think the delivery system leave a lot lacking and the time to do it is limited.

WAIT!! maybe i can pop out the gear selection sensor... i havent put fluids back yet...

i poped it off and saw the selector was set on te 1/2 rod.. but 3rd was engaged...

one long screwdriver and a little patience later i got it back into nutral and all is well...

Did you get your clutch slave working?

Leaking fluid is a sure sign of trouble. It's not a hard job, but it can take a lot of patience to get it fully bled out.

you say its pulsing just while your engaging the clutch? is it a new clutch? new pressure plate? does the whole engine jar and shake as well?

It is a little cheaper but not much of a great deal imho if it has issues like he is saying. I was quoted a little more then that for a good rebuilt from a member here.

No, it's not Jtz's site. Note the word AND in there. I used both resources

i agree at this point, but at the time it sounded good. Labor asside i still got a (basicaly) rebuilt for 665 cause the shop ponyed up 200 for the parts.

I can get rebuilts from FL for 900+shipping (VLSD for 1200+)

I shoulda gone that way, but i got some extreamly valuable experiance with this.

new clutch kit (tob, springs, everything included) and resurfaced the flywheel.

as far as the motor... no its fine.

It only pulses the clutch (you can feel it in the pedal too) when its in gear. In nutral it is normal

Could be just need to get the clutch broken in. Mine is kinda rough yet and I had all that done as well. BUT I did put a strong ACT clutch on mine as well and with that it jars the whole motor too.
