update: Bad experince= scary incident
I was taking out the axle and I got it out, I was installing it again and I
thought It went in even though I was beating the carp out of the axle, but
the damn thing looked like the pic I have posted, Equaling the same result, so
I closed everything up as I was supposed to. I was driving the car for a while
a couple of miles and I thought of taking It to the highway, as soon as I got
on the exit ramp I was doing about 60 so I can get in with the traffic. I got
in all of a sudden I heard a loud pop and clank noise and the car was not
driveable, I tryed giving it gas and I saw the tech and the speedometer
moving fast, so I pulled over the side and I popped the hood and I saw the
damn axle out of the housing and I tryed putting it in there but no success
so I called a tow truck and I got home in 2 hours. MY ADVICE DON'T
USE NAPA AXLES IF THERE NEW.

This sounds entirely like installation error, not faulty parts.
If you can pull off the circlip without damaging it, do that then see if you can't slide the axle all the way into the trans. It's possible you damaged the splines in the diff (mushroomed them out) by trying to beat the axle in.

Can you take a pic of the trans end of the axle?

before this installation. The only diffrence this time is, I just greased the clip
at the top end of the shaft and I also whacked It in hoping It goes in and clicks.
To sum this up It was more easy to pry the axle out than It was to puting it
in or a slight movement of the innershaft the whole axles come out by hand.
I think the have a bad axle line up.

How can It be an installation problem, If I have Installed it in the same way

Yes, it should be easier to pry it out; you've got leverage with a pry bar.
Again, pic of the axle? Take the circlip off and try that?

Because you're not installing the axle all the way. It's hanging half out of the bore, in that pic. Also evidenced by it popping out of the trans. You're probably hearing the circlip click past the trans housing, not the inside of the diff.

space being created to seat in the axle. If the axle can't come out by pulling
It, because maybe the clip is spread open so can I take out the seal and
then take out the axle. I will take a pic of the axle as soon as I can get off
of work or when I have time again.

i've changed out both axles before and the driver was really hard to get in. If i'm not mistaken and remember correctly, isn't there a metal circle cover on the axle itself so that it covers the outer seal?? Make sure that part is at least close enough to the trans housing. I remember that i couldn't get the driver side in for the life of me. I used a hammer and everything and didn't work. I put grease at the end of the circlip and centered it. I held a small 2x4 in the palm of my hand and just literally hit it as hard as i could with the palm of my hand and it worked.
Just as information, does the passenger side have the circlip also??

If the circlip comes out than what will that do for me,besides the extra
space being created to seat in the axle. If the axle can't come out by pulling

It's not creating any 'extra space' to seat in the trans, just allowing you to R&R the axle without needing any force.

that side last year about this time. I used the remanufactured axle.

No. It doesn't.

I'm with pmohr - I would not drive the car without the axle fully clicked in. If the inner stub is not clicked in, it could slide out too far it and bind up. Then bad things will happen.
I am fortunate - when I noticed my axle hadn't clicked in, I had driven around the block only. It splurged oil when I went over the curb at the end of my driveway and that's when I figured out it hadn't been clicked in.
Follow my procedure. I have struggled with these axles myself but that procedure has not yet failed me.

same axle and I used the all-purpose grease at the tip and I installed the axle
in my car. I used dGeesaman idea and It was easily in the housing.
Pmohr thanks for your help and all the info I really needed, I had installed
the axle the first time on the other side and It was a cake, but this time I think I rushed my self and I was
not focused.

I would only change the LCA if the bushings are bad or if the arms are
rusting out, you can change the CV axle out with out changing any of the
other things I have posted. I am personally gonna recommend the Raxles or
the Autozone axles, If you want you can try the NAPA axles and try the
remanufactured ones not there new ones, because there garbage. If your ball joints are rusting or are leaking grease, change it.

The LCAs are definitely old, with close to 200k miles on them. I don't know if the bushings are bad or not (I would assume they're pretty worn).
I'm definitely doing the ball joints either way. Thanks for the Raxle recommendation, that's where I'll be getting them from.
