I have a big dent on my roof....

I am really pissed about my roof, because the roof has a very big dent on

it and the paint was scratched and now the car is going to need some work

done to it. I tryed using the bondo pull-a-dent out kit, It's like a rubber

suction cup and It worked some what, but the dent is still there. I want to

know If I can take out the inner pannlings, so I can take out the dents and

If I go this way what I am going to run into. I know I will have to remove the

D side and the p side pillars and are the visor something I will have to remove

with the rear view mirrors? Thanks

Pics would help.

It really comes down to how bad the metal is affected i.e. wheter the panel can simply be "popped" back out or not depends on the severity of the "stretch/pull" on the panel caused by whatever fell on your car...

So what fell on your car anyway?

Exactly, if they can't do it then you will have to sand and fill with bondo and repaint/blend

If it's a large dent like mine was when I first got my Max, you can use a plunger to pull it out. My dent looked like a basketball hit it.

ok, guys the damn basketball hoop came over my car when the wind blew over the car and the spoiler and the roof got dented. I am going to use the plunger to take out the dent it looks like someone punched it. I will try to post some pics when I get a chance.

Damn man good luck with that. I remember when the basketball hoop fell on my old '91 Dodge Spirit. The dent wasn't coming out no matter what I tried.

wanna know what the stealerships do to those mighty fine looknig automobiles siting on the side of the road?

1. leave your car in the beaming hot sun for a few hours..

2. Get a bucket of cold water..

3. throw the cold water on the dent.

POP. comes out.
