Just finished. HID projectors in 97 SE

I can finally see !! Took stock 97 mult-refctr headlamp, 2k2 HID guts (bulbs,ballest,harness..) 97 240SX projectors extracted from headlamp assy. Heat gun,JB Weld, Drummel tool oh and more epoxy putty / two days...and now I've got real headlamps. Will post picts later. Highbeam come with PIAA 980 duel sports. Keep on the lookout with junkyards. Busted headlamps are no good for resale, but there guts are priceless..

And make sure the pics aren't just pics of the camera aiming at the lights, but pictures of the pattern on a wall and on the floor too.

Can't wait for the pics either!

this sounds nice.. cant wait to see them. if this works.. the body shop i work at has busted projector beam headlights laying around all over the place.

wow i can't wait to see them! whats cool about those 240sx headlamps is their ECE-type beam pattern. i hope the horizontal cutoff is aligned!

Hi there,
It is not done yet. If you'd like to see it on the car, you can use search (headlight projector) feature, someone did photo shop it though, sorry I can not link you to it.
It is A6s and Hella high beam units.
