The only Pre-existing issues with my car are Sticking Rear Calipers.
This morning as I drived into work today, I noticed a heck of a lot of power on the butt dyno. The Tachometer was always a 4000+ while on the highway, at just 60mph. It would keep going as much as I accelerated too, apparently not switching gears. I also tried O/D off and did not notice the usual gear change.
I don't have a Check Engine Light. I know I can't continue driving this way. I don't have a spare ECU. I haven't tried anything, because I'm at work, but What is the likely culprit?
I understand the car is not shifting into the smaller gears. What are some things I can try before swapping a rebuild tranny?

What do you mean when you change from 1st to 2nd? Do you have the shift_fast mod or anything done?
If you mean when you move the shift lever from manual low up to the manual 2nd position, you're not inducing a shift by any means. You're just letting the TCM shift when it wants to.
For starters, why did you swap out the TCM in the first place?
Did you do anything to the car before this happened? Did anything happen to it?
Have you tried removing the negative battery cable just for kicks, to see if it changes anything?
You said 4k @ 60 MPH, that's 3rd gear. When does it upshift from 1st to 2nd, and 2nd to 3rd?
Your CEL does work, correct? You're sure the bulb isn't blown out?

I'm not sure that statement was completely accurate, but I do know, that I was not passing 70mph on the highway and the tachometer was almost at my redline. Whenever I released the acceleration, the car slowed down much faster than usual, such as if I were in a Low gear (1-2). Sorry, I can't provide great test explanations, I'm not by any means; mechanically inclined. I do have some open road around, that I can try to examine on, but I'm at work, and deeply concerned because later on I have school.

Agh, I think it was user error :P
It's possible I accidentally kept it in 2nd gear in my whole commute this morning. I guess these sleepless nights are gonna cost me a lot one day. But Today, is not that day!
