I used to have Riken V-rated tires that were designed for 90% performance, and comfort as an afterthought.
I've owned a real performance car before, so trying to make the maxima a "performance car" is not something I'm interested in... that's why I'm saving my money for something like a vette or maro.
I got 4 new Toyo H4 Proxes for my Maxima... and WOW what a difference
. It feels like a whole new car!!
All the road noise, and jolts from every little bump... virtually eliminated! I was kind of disappointed in the ride of my maxima since I bought it 5 months ago, but now I realize it was (for the most part) just bad tire selection!
Just wanted to share my good fortune and recommendations with y'all!
