They're pressed into the head, but good luck getting it out.

Theoretically, yes. In practice, you end up just tearing it up. Keep on working at it, eventually you'll get it out.

Looks like it's on the block, if you can get the head off and take it to Frank, I'm sure he can pop it out rather easily.

Could you use a metal funnel and shape a dowel on the end to match the funnel angle and stick the dowel end into the funnel and tap the flat side of the dowel with a hammer? Might be worth a try?

Hardware store. Its a weighted tool used to make sure something is vertical. I cant think of the actual name of it, but its hung by a piece of string or wire.

i think it could work for you but i would also use a pipe or dowel or pretty much anything else rigid that barely fits inside the tube. Once you use the plumb bob to round the opening use the dowel or whatever you find to finish it off or else you will split the tube

i have a exhaust pipe expander thats basically a iron cone that you hammer in the end of the pipe thats where i got the idea from. the plumb bob is a good idea but most of the time they are made from brass that would prob to too soft to be very effective here. if you can find a steel or stainless plumb bob that would work better. another option would be a pair of pliers and just bend it back little at the time. just keep working your way around the tube. who cares if it is scratched up no one will see it but you and it done have to be 100% round to seal just as long as the socket and plug will fit in the hole.
