car won't start suddenly

Hey guys i'm here for some help again..

Ok so very randomly today when i started my car, i heard this pretty loud weird noise coming from under the hood. it was a consistent low whirring noise, hard to describe. anyway i pulled out of the driveway and into the street and it disappeared so i made nothing of it.

Everything normal when i got to work. But come time to go home, i can't start the car anymore. All the lights, radio, highbeam, etc work fine. When i turn the key.... silence. engine doesn't turn, no click noise, nothing. also want to mention i changed the starter a couple months ago.

any sugguestions?

Is this a factory 5MT, or a swap?

If you jiggle the key while in the start position, does it try to start?

Do you have the factory security system? If so, have you tried to unlock the driver's door with the key to make sure it isn't keeping you from starting the car?

Do you have an aftermarket security system, remote start, or a starter kill?

Have you checked the Start Signal fuse in the fuse box? Shown here on the right, in between the O2 sensor and fuel pump fuses:

Are you sure you're pushing the clutch all the way down? Have you tried bypassing the clutch switch?

Have you tried jumping the starter manually to make sure it even works?
