I've cleaned my TB, IACV, MAF etc. and my erratic idle almost stalling has come back. After scouring the threads for the last few days I'm pretty confident it's either a buggy MAF or TPS.

I want to find a used 99 MAF for my 97 on ebay since I'm thinking the 99 might have fewer miles on it. Is there are differences that I should be aware of on using a 99 MAF on my 97 SE.

Also are aftermarket TPS just as reliable? I'm just thinking ahead in case the MAF doesn't fix my problems.

I think it should be ok. I have a used MAF from a 1995 j30 on mines right now. Call the dealer and ask them. Make sure u got ur VIN handy
