97 5 spd transmission issues?

I have a couple issues with me car right now, its a 5 speed 97 SE btw. I have no idea if these are or can be related at all, but shifting is noticeably harder. It isnt difficult to actually shift into the various gears and the clutch is only a year and a half old, but it seems more difficult to move the shifter in between the gears. I could shift the car with very little effort before, but now it is stiffer between all the gears, if this makes any sense. It almost feels like it does when you first drive the car in the morning when it is really cold out and the cars not warmed up yet. Right now this isnt really a major problem as i can still drive the car fine, but im worried about what it might lead to.

Also the car has a pretty significant clutch fluid leak, i have to add more every week or so, but i never let it get below the low line. It doesnt seem to leak at all when the car isnt being driven. I have no idea if this can be related to the harder shifting, but the leak started first and the other problem followed. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

u either have a leaky slave cylinder or a leaky clutch hose. Easily fixable. while u in there replace the master cylinder too. Jus do it all at one time.

Most likely thats the reason for the difficult gear changing too.Or u jus need to replace tranny fluid. SAE Gl-4 80W-90

I dont think its easily accessible. The master cylinder is in the engine bay. Its what u pour the clutch fluid in

yea i just looked at it, the hydraulic hose between the slave and master cylinder is whats leaking. Im sure ill just have the slave and master cylinders replaced along with the hose. I recently had the clutch replaced, that means that the transmission fluid was replaced at the same time right?

Get a full SS line and delete the top bleeder, makes gravity bleeding possible (I couldn't do it before w/ the dual bleeder).
