how to remove dash on 4th gen

how to remove dash on 4th gen

im trying to remove the whole dash and i cant seem to get it out any help would be good

theres like 10 screws that hold it in.

near the hood release and gas pedal, pass side kick panel, behind ac, and pass air bag

FSM has a diagram of it. It is not too hard to remove just be careful

also 2 more behind the gauge cluster and to get to the airbag on pass side you must remove the glove box

yea lol, its much easier just to look in the fsm diagram of the dash

super easy to take out. just gotta remove the steering wheel as well.. should look like this when youre done lol

oh yea on that, i didn't remove the wheel, i just dropped it to the floor

oh i see.. well it was way easier then removing my dash on my S14. really shocking how simple nissan made the dash to come off. yet another reason why i love my maxima!

ok thanks for the response i got some of the nuts out and it seems like it jus dont want to come out lol ill keep looking for more nuts.

I dropped my wheel too. Oh theres also the two screws under the defrost vents. And it should be mentioned needing a T-50 tamper resistant torx bit for removing the airbag. BUT, all this can be found by searching, or reading though the FSM.
