00VI Lower Intake Manifold Butterfly Valves Removal Question.

So when I originally installed my 00VI I never took out the lower intake manifold butterfly valves out (just stuck them in the open position). I have a leak in my rear valve cover so I decided to fix/clean my 00VI. My question is once I take out the butterfly valves does everyone just use JB weld to seal the holes? Will it hold? If it matter I have a Supercharger so there would be extra air flying around...Thanks

Alright so from what I've read, JB Weld (sticks) will do just fine. I guess i'll fill all the holes inside and outside where the butterfly valves sit, then sand them flush.

I wouldn't use stick, I would use the regular stuff and let it set for 24 hours. Or if you have 20 bucks, take it to a alu welder and get it welded.

OK I got the Lower intake manifold welded shut. Well just on the outside. I was wondering if the inner holes would matter if they where shut? Id rather not put JB Weld on the inside.
