Help - Pulley Problem - See Pic.

My power steering belt broke yesterday and my alt belt was almost off I am trying to change my belts , however, it seems like my main accessory pulley is broken because it is riding on top of the crankshaft sensor. Can anyone tell from this picture?

You need a new crank pulley/harmonic damper. that's what killed your belt.the rubber bond has broken.

+1. Another crank pulley. You are not the only one..seems like this is starting to become a problem now for these cars...

Got 19MM bolt out - pulley still stuck.

I was able to remove the 19mm bolt w/ a breaker bar and blip starting it, however, now the pulley is still not budging. Do I need a pulley puller or should I try prying it off?

You need to use a puller. Don't try to pry it off, you'll probably break something.

Get a puller for it..which is quicker than trying to soak it in some penetrating fluid and trying to pull it off. Do it once and do it right!

Do not use a hammer when crankshaft is involved..

Well you may as well just go out and get an underdriven pulley from Unorthadox racing, a little pricey but I'd say worth it since you already have to replace it. JMO.
