Does anyone know how to get rid of that dirty white color on the corner lights next to the headlight on a 96 maxima?

I am wondering to. Also have a 96. I nocked off the top nubs off the bulbs wich when reinstaled backwards makes them brighter. But I can not find a pair of bulbs to go with my headlights(cool blues)that don't start smokeing when I turn the blinkers on. Any body know of a bulb (corner lights) that have a light blue tent that are not crap:confused

APC xtreme white are light blue, and they are crap, but I've had them on my 98 SE for about a month with no problems so far.. They REALLY don't match my Philips Blue Visions though..

Yeah I had the same problem and went through 2 different sets but I think I found what I need. I have Cuzos they are however hyper white...but...before that I did have some other bulbs that I didnt like so I put on some blue covers over them and they looked better. You might want to try that route. They are rubber and just slip over the bulb.

www.aieonline.com
They have Eurolite Xenon Bulbs in 1157. Try those out, they look pretty good. Be sure to clip the top nub and put them in backwards to get the higher wattage running.

Hiper Industries also has some 1157 Xenon bulbs now. You can get them from project import at www.groupbuycenter.com
I run Hiper bulbs for my headlights and love them. I have to pick up some of their 1157's for my corners. Hopefully they'll match real well.
