Malik got his cai used and didn't get a template. does anybody have the proper template for a 4th gen? can u post a properly sized scan or email me @ thurznite@yahoo.com if u can fax it to me? thanx.

Try calling PR and get them to fax you one. They are very good about it.

 

Call them, DON'T email

I emailed and called them, they faxed one right over. Then about a month later I get a reply email with the template attached.
Also, make sure the holes line up, cause the fax that I received shrunk, so nothing lined up. I had to photocopy it and enlarge it to get the right size.
