Random starting issues, video inside.
This is after driving the car for 30 minutes and traveling about 50km's.
Someone suggested to much timing? I have an Eu but I didn't touch timing. The car will start fine on some goes and act like this on other tries.
Things done to it:
Supercharged
Spark plug gaped at 0.31
Coil boosters providing 16v
00vi so rear coils are from a 2000 (might be bad batch of coils?)
Added grounds to the tranny and timing chain cover
Changed starter
Good battery
Alternator charging
Changed all sensors CPS etc
I had this happen before, then I added grounds. Fixed the issue. Then it came back. Changed starter and issue fixed. Now its coming back.
Need suggestions please.

Odd startup sounds.
I had similar starting problems - it'd work fine and then after driving and letting it warm up, it'd crank forever before starting (if it did at all).
I replaced the fuel pressure regulator and the problem went away.
Also, when I was searching around on the boards I also read that a faulty crank shaft position sensor could be the culprit. Apparently if they get to hot it will prevent the car from starting.

I get this even if the car sits and is cold.
Maybe this could be the issue?
Battery Voltage is 11.8 when the car is off. When at idle 13.8-14.1v
Battery is from Cosco and is 3 years old. I'm also thinking the added strain of the supercharger will make it harder to start aswell?
I'm going to get the battery tested. Any suggestions on which battery to go for?

AHAHAH **** my car. **** it to hell!
Drove fine all day, started fine this morning, went to get the battery tested. Tested fine. Started the car again, no issue perfect. Went home ate/showered and went to work. No issue.
11pm I'm done working, all I want to do is go home. Get in the car....
Noticed something weird, something that never caught my eye but may have always been like this. Turned on my lights, battery voltage went down from 11.9 to 11.5. Fine lights are drawing power. Went to start it a sec later and CLICK (from inside). Starter doesn't engage at all. I have no blown fuses in the car/under the hood. Swapped out the starter relay, jumped the car. Nothing. I checked my IGN switch while back and it was fine, not worn out at all. Lights are not dim, my high-beams are bright as they should be.
Tomorrow, I'll try to put a positive lead on the starter to see if it spins. If the **** doesn't spin Its my starter solenoid. If it starts it has to be fuse related? or might be IGN?
This car is pushing me in all the wrong places...
