Service Engine Soon. . .

Maybe someone can advise. . .

Last Thursday after about a 200 mile trip, my Service Engine Soon light came on. It wasn't blinking so I didn't freak. Got the codes from the ECU (0705, 0903) and found through search that is had something to do with the emmissions system. I figured that maybe it was a fluke and reset it. Light went off for a little while but came back. I figured I would have it looked at after Christmas. Now, I am back in Vermont at the moment was going to head home this morning so I checked the code again and reset it. Now here is the interesting part. . . driving down the road and the Service Engine Soon light starting flashing. Now I was freaked out alittle. Watched it again and it stopped, then it started, stopped, started alittle faster then went slower then off again! It seemed to be almost whenever I pressed on the acelerator is when it came on the most. Now here is the even more fun part. . . the code that it throws now is 0505 which is ALL CLEAR

Needless to say, it is anoying at the moment. Just wanted to know if anyone here had a similar problem. I had a problem getting out of the driveway this morning and had to rock it out of the ice. . . maybe? Let me know if this makes sense and if anyone knows anything. I will probably take it to a dealer tomorrow, but that means not being able to get home for another day.

Your screw is not back in the correct position. Reset the ECU and make sure the screw's line matches up with the stickers line.

That is what I was thinking and it did seem to line up, I will check again however to make sure. . . just not my day (snowing real nicely up north here now, I think that it is time to get the heck out of here!)
