Problems opening my trunk...

So I am having issues with my trunk. When I bought the car, the release on the fob didnt work, you could here something click in the trunk area but I never opened. Also the release in side the car on the door panel didnt work either, it would do the same thing, you hear the click but nothing. So I would use my key and no problems there. Well now the key wont work. It just goes in and wont turn. I have tried both keys. I can sit there and try and jigle the key, I am at my wits end. Any ideas or solutions would be helpful!

It sounds like you have a problem with the linkage. The click you hear when you use the remote or the button in the door means the solenoid is activating as it should and trying to pull on the trunk open linkage.

The fact that your key no longer turns could mean that the linkage has fallen off in such a way that it is wedged and keeping the lock from turning.

The only thing I can think of would be to go into the trunk through the back seat armrest with a 10 mm socket and about 4-5 feet of extensions and unbolt the lock so you can open the trunk and check things out.
