Check your codes how to check the codes what they mean. There may be one for a misfire, which would point you in the right direction. Usually with a misfire though (or at least in my case) it was quite noticeable at low speeds/rpms and went away at higher speeds/rpms.
See if the rubber is rotted between the mount and the engine or if the bolts look out of place at all like they stick out. It should all be flush. I don't know how many mounts there are but you should easily be able to check on google how many there are and where they are located.
rookies helpin rookies, there are 4 mounts. crossmember, passenger side, radiator, ( in front, lower middle ) and a trans mount. drivers side left. and, what makes you think a acceleration problem has to do with a mount?
get the codes checked and find out what they are. dont throw money at the car, she'll gobble it up like a ho and be a money ****. trust me, 1 thing at a time, could be a maf problem or a simple throttle body cleaning. check back in when you get code"s.

If it's the cv joints it would make a clicking sound when you turn the wheel wouldn't it? I don't think that's what it is.
Indeed, a bad axle (joint, really) can cause numerous seemingly unrelated noises/feelings, a hell of a vibration on accel being one of them. There may not be any visible sign of an issue with the axle, which can lead to a hard diagnosis.
The clicking generally only occurs when the outer boot has been torn, the grease has all been slung out, and the joint has been severely worn from both metal on metal contact, and road grime/debris being introduced through the broken boot.

my drivers side cv boot has been ripped open and mostly dry for about 2 years. i've driven cars with both boots torn open and never fixed them and they pass inspection as well. not saying you should'nt repair, but unless its making noise, i would'bt worry too much.
