What size tires are you going to run?
IMO that is not a low enough offset for that width. Yes they will stick out from under the fenders, but I also think at that width and offset you will hit the struts. Why do you want something that wide you going to run 305's
?
my 16x8.5"s +35 with 255/50/16s stick out a little past the fenders and are really close to the struts.
as for brakes, if you brakes are stock I do not think that will be a problem since some fourth gens came with 15" steelies and I think their offset was +40.

well im looking for some slicks, and i found on ebay a set already with these rims which seemed like a good deal. tire are 26x10x15 et street but im thinking it may not work.
thanks for the input
i don't think they will work. 25mm offset on a 10" wheel is basically a 6" backspacing. I'm almost positive that will be hitting your strut. also you will definitely have to run spacers because of the spoke design.
you don't want those wheels anyway in my opinion. even if they do fit they will a) look retarded, b) require spacers and c) drive you insane. pro stars use shank style lug nuts which are just a pain in the ***. i have used them, my friend has some that I've borrowed a few times. it takes like 6 times longer to install and uninstall them than a "normal" style lugnut. it would be more bearable with a cordless impact wrench, but still annoying.
