Jbl System Problems

Has anyone ever had intermittent problems with the stereo working? It sounds like the relay is cutting out or sticking but, I don't know which one it is. Which one of the relays go to the stereo? Thanks, Bob

I assume if it a JBL System, it is afermarket?

Please describe your system setup and your problem better.

Also, next time post this in the Audio forums.

Sorry I'm new here. I guess I could be crazy but, I could have bet big money that it said JBL and yes it's stock. This is my girlfriends car and I will double check it this weekend. She had it since new so I know she did not change it. Maybe its BOSE. I'll get back to you. Thanks for the reply.

If it's stock, it's BOSE or Panasonic.

BOSE is the nice one, with the tweeters in the A-Frames.

It's a Bose system with JBL speakers. Most of the time the stereo does not work at all. it only comes on when it wants to. I can hear the relay clicking down on the left hand side by the fuse box. I don't know which one is for the stereo?

How is that possible? It can't be stock. Some one has changed the speakers.

Not to mention that if they're using JBL speakers in an otherwise-factory Bose setup, they've got to have some kind of adaptor(s) or something in the setup, or at the least, the JBLs powered off an aftermarket amp thats hooked up via an adaptor. (And adaptors like this have their cons)
