yellow H3 bulbs?

I was lookin at getting these for my fogs and just wanted to know if anyone has tried them in their car. I saw the Is300 fog lights and they seem much better then the stock h3s I have now.

i hate to burst your bubble but....
the closest you will ever get to the IS300 fogs is with Hella Yellow Stars, but thats pushin it. The "newer versions" that Hella sells emits more of a whitish color. The oldschool ones were the best i have seen so far. But they no longer exist

I would think that they use regular H3 bulbs, and I'm sure that in IS300, GS400's fog lights, they have AMBER lens, so that why they emmit the YELLOW light.
For the after market bulbs, you can try the Philips All Weather (AW), which I have on my fogs right now, they are 55W, and emmit the slightly blue, purple if you looked at it from different angles. Hope this could helps.

I believe PIAA makes an H3 bulb that's yellow. It's the 13555 PIAA H3 Ion Crystal 55w=85w bulb. They're around $27/bulb. You can get them at a place called AutoSeattle.com. Here's a link:

I've seen the bulb on Max4Speed's car in person, and it looks fantastic -- nice, rich yellow light. When I've got a bit more cash I'll be ordering a pair for my car.

I have the PIAA ion crystals in yellow for my '96 Maxima. I like them a lot and they have lasted for well over a year and a half. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the driver side light gives off some green light. Other than that I love them.

I have the PIAA's too. Nice and yellow.

But $60 a pair was steep.
