Anyone knows how many coats of paint and clear coats Nissan uses to paint our cars? Anywhere you know where I can look to verify this information.?? The reason I wanna know cuz I am getting my spoiler painted and I want it to match exactly with my OEM paint quality and finish. Thanks for your help!

 

well it is prob one or 2 cuz nissan pain't quality is not the greatest

Ferrari uses 30 coats.

 

3 base and 2 clear. but it is crappy paint. comes off really easily (do not sneeze near you hood ) your car will end up looking like this:

Nissan paint sucks!!!

They probably use about a half coat thickness
They all chip so easy cause the paint is so thin
Other cars have thicker coats and more layers so you can buff them down over the years to keep it looking "new"
