When changing spark plugs....

When you are replacing spark plugs are there any other parts that might need to be replaced when the plugs are changed? Are there any seals on the coil packs that need to be replaced? I want to go the dealer just once for all the parts, so if I need anything else along with the plugs I would like to order the parts.

Thanks,
Zack

Zack,

All you need is a little pouch of anti-sieze, no parts.

Got a gap tool? Torque wrench? Spark plug socket?

You can put di-electric grease on the ceramic part of the plug where the rubber boot from the coil pack fits. Or maybe it would be easier to put it inside the boot. Either way, just put it where the ceramic fits inside the rubber, no where else. It's a preventative measure to keep contaminants out of the area where the coil pack makes contact with the spark plug.
