crank pulley seal

crank pulley seal

how does it get oil? since the pulley is spinning inside the seals bore.
replaced the crank pulley & seal on the 99 a couple weeks back. i smell something burning when driving...

You sure you didn't leave anything loose, or get oil somewhere it shouldn't be?

if you smell somthing burning id rip it back apart and take detailed pictures, post them and seek advice from the experienced people here and see if they can point out any mistakes you may have made.
