I pulled an 1996 SE cluster and a right running light to for ten bucks.

 

Went to the yards yesterday. Got a spoilerless, color-matched trunk with the big center taillight for my other i30 for $35. Also grabbed what appears to be a B&M STS for $15. Same car also has 1st gen Cattman headers on it. Didnt get them because of the time, and they were a little dented.

i go to junkyard with jarrod, and maxdreamer and weve all found some good stuff. ive gotten sets upon sets of mudflaps for $20. and gauges, an 00VI manifold for $30. also could get a motor for roughly 800, i just need to take the time to pull it.

i got black leather door panels for $15 each. there is more than i can think of right now

 

Amazon have them for like 40 bucks with free shipping lol sometimes ppl are ridiculous eBay

I bought a 95 Midnight Emerald, I think it's a GLE, no markings though, for 500, paid 600 for a motor from a 2000 I30, and got a set of 17"G35 sedan wheels for 100. just need tires and a y-pipe now. Car and engine were jy, wheels were Cragislist. I'm looking to see what will work better, 245/45's or 235/45's for the best clearance and fill look, without lowering.

Wow you guys got nice deals...HOWEVER can you beat a tranny for 99 bucks or an engine for 179?? Thats the ALL THE TIME price at my local yard

 

I just picked up 2 225/40/18 tires for $20 for the pair.
No plugs or patches. Even wear. I had to drive like 60
Miles. kid had a turbo 328 BMW in the garage

 

thats about the regular pricing at the pick n pulls near me, jncoracer, and nismo maximus... we all go there and find some good stuff... plus 3 locations in 20 miles and one more within 40. all of our finds have been there... probably around 120 maximas/i30s total in all the locations!

 

......... I would need a little more than 99 bucks to beat a tranny.

 

Got my 98 black on black 5speed 153k for 900 off Craigslist from a used car dealer, didn't run...needed nothing besides a grounding kit, I get full leather seats(front&rear) for 100 anytime at my local junkyard, they have 10-12 maximas and 5-6 infinitis on hand all the time, full 00vi for 100, including valve cover,upper,lower,rail,injectors,etc all for 100 not too bad

 

damn nice stuff forsure at your local junkyards out here in cali we're lucky to find 1 max and 1 i30 in the same junkyard at least in the socal areas i've been too

this all came off of one car!!! which so happened to be jncoracer's old Sterling Mist 99 5spd (which is almost my identical car. only difference is a couple options i have). he also had a hacked courtesy sts, full white led interior, dtm tinted tails, and infiniti chrome inner door handles.









oh, and there was this gem there! but they wouldnt let me touch it yet...

yes yes, i know! CRIMSON BLAZE 03!!! WHAAAA! yeah, not to sure on its story. ive never seen it on the streets and i dont know of anybody on here with it. but hey, pics dont lie. ill keep my eyes out for it when it gets released and do some investigating! oh, and maybe some pics of the muffler cleaned up and the strut bar repainted and installed.

you are so lucky that the yards in your area carry 5th gens at all. None of the yards in my area carry any 5th gens, just 4th gens and below.

Nels kept the intake tube. And Im keeping the suspension for my car. Those slotted rotors were used when I got them back in 05.

jnco actually bought the B&M, we just went there together to pull crap... n i believe hes gonna swap it out for his pacesetter. and then the pacesetter already has a couple dibs lol.
