Help mounting racing seat

I got a bride fixed back seat that I want to mount. I was thinking about mounting it to the stock power seat rails. Has anyone ever done this? Im pretty good at welding, so I think I can weld mounts on there for it, and keep the horizontal power adjustment, you guys think this is possible?

Why not. If youre pretty good at welding then Im sure you can figure something out just by looking at it.

Start with a wrecking yard seat if you can. that way there will be no down time on the car, and you can take your time doing it to your satisfaction.

i got a place to weld up my 3rd gen brackets for a pair of Sparco's. its doable, but even after a $700 bill and 10 hours of labor, it wasnt really safe. when i sold the seats and had to remove the brackets, it was shocking how bad it was

youre best off getting real brackets from Corbeau or such

i guess instead of banning him they figured its a better idea to just lock any thread he posts in? and delete my ban thread.

pedee pablo is a tool, it's better we know his nick so we can ignore his advise ... not that it would take long for his brilliance to shine through with another nick lol!
