Hating my maxima right now

Ok so I have had this problem for a while now about a month ago my car broke down gas was shooting from the exhaust so i changed all of the injector orings. Three days later the same issue happened and found one of the orings had a very small nick in it. So the car drove fine for a day and now today its back to doing it again i replaced all of the lower injector orings with factory nissan rings. Any reason why this keeps happened it has left me stranded going on 3 times now for the same issue.

Wait and see if it happens again. I don't understand why it keep happening unless it's installation error.

My money is on your fuel pressure regulator.

that would seem to be the only reason you keep going through o rings. when mine went i had the same symptoms but i changed the FPR immediately its only about $70 and easy to install

Check your hose connections, and make sure your fuel injectors aren't dirty or need replacing. One or more could be sticking open and causing the fuel leak.
