MAP sensor issue

I have a CEL (I believe it's p1105) I've had it checked at autozone numerous times, and it's only been my MAP sensor showing a fault. I've replaced it twice, code still won't go away. With that said, I have the 00vi put in about 3 or 4 months ago and the shop that did it set it up correctly, but re-did several vacuum lines. Can somebody tell me where the lines are supposed to go to/from, and if possible put up a pic or 2? I know that's asking alot, but it's not like a can look at a stock one since mines already been changed.

Thanks for you time in reading this!

EC-18 has the page of vacuum diagrams.

EC-26 has the '00 vacuum diagrams.

I already see a problem, you're missing the map/baro solenoid thingy on the '00 and that could have been left unconnected when the swap was done...
