Opinions on these 18's?

I think for $850 these would be a decent deal considering he says they have 90% tread. They would be going on my pearl 95 GLE. How well do 18's ride on 4th gens? I've heard it's about as big as you should go for rims on these cars.

Thats very overpriced... for $850 you can get the wheels NEW and put tires on them... I would try to get them for 1/2 of what he is asking... not a penny more than $500 (and that is still a high price IMO)

That's why I said "deal" and not deal lol

Beyond overpriced and they're not even that great looking (design wise). Pass pass pass.

Guess I overestimated the price of new tires haha. So far all the tires I've had for my max have been free from family

besides, from the picture it looks like hes ran them in the winter, which means salt/sand corrosion and debris that really makes the rims not as shinny anymore and you would have to redo/polish them...but imo i really like the split 5 spoke design or the 5 spoke design on the 4th gens

tires are very expensive guys, he probably paid upwards of $1,300 for those w/mount/balance/stems etc... offer him $650 & go from there.
