vogland spring and sensen struts/shocks

After 6mo of researching on the org.I decided to go with this setup. I paid $150 for the sensen's and $210 inc s/h for the vogtlsnds. My max has abt 180,000 mi.After install the ride was like night and day. The car is way more responsive, not bottoming out,the drop isn't extreme. The springs aren't as stiff as eibachs but similar to h&r w/o the rear end sagging.I've put abt 200 mi on the car since the install and springs have settled a bit.1.6frnt/1.5 rear

Looking to get rear shocks for my I-30 w/eibach springs, are these stock replacements or for lowered cars?

Ive heard mixed reviews about the sensen from different forums, the bimmer guys loved them I forget which site hated them( I this honda dont quote me on that). So I just stayed away and got the Tokico Illumina. Please update with miles as time goes on to see how they last etc. Durability will be key! But good to know you like them.

I just found some Progress technology sport springs in the junkyard on a 4th Gen.....Yes!!!!!!!!!! Also had AGX strut on it....I currently have Progress on my 5.5th Gen and Original the Htechs on my 4th Gen....I'll be experimenting on the 4th gen...Progress Springs are awesome and I want to compare them to these awesome but extremely low H-techs!

Man you lucky dog, finding Progress springs! Good find!

H tech's are low? The S techs are much lower. At least for 5th gens they are.
