Engine Help VQ30DE

Full story, my moms maxima had a bad fuel injector in cylinder 4. The engine hydrolocked from filling up with fuel. I got all the fuel out and went to crank and it was not turning over. I manually cranked it very slowly for a few minutes for it to become free. After that, the engine fired up. Now there is a new problem. When the car reaches operating temperature, white smokes comes out of exhaust.

There is no coolant/oil contamination from engine oil or radiator. The smoke smells like oil. I am leaning towards the rear main seal because from cold, the car starts fine and does not smoke. When temperature gauge reaches half way is when the smoking starts. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue this weekend. White smoke with no oil/coolant mix in the oil pan or radiator. Engine passed compression test on all cylinders. Added a couple quarts, let the car run for a few minutes and noticed my rear main seal was leaking pretty bad. Now I'm looking for a mechanic that doesn't want to rape my wallet...

Same car. Just took it on the highway and drove it out. Don't see any smoke now but will verify in the morning.
