stumped with fog lights?

The fog lights on my max arent coming on. I have HIDs in there and the fog light mod where they come on with out the headlights. They stopped working awhile ago where i thought it was the ballast, and i just left them that way and figured id get to it when i get to em. Well i got to them this weekend, replaced the ballast and viola...Nothing!!! I can hear the relay clicking so i cancelled that out, and its obviously not the ballast since they arent coming on either. I set everything back to stock to see if there was a problem with my wiring maybe coming loose or something... not that either. I doubt its the bulbs because those bulbs are relatively new. anything else i should be looking at??

Does this mod still use the switch? It might of went bad or possibly a fuse because the wiring wasn't ideal?

Did you touch the HID bulbs? Maybe they burnt out prematurely. Did you solder the wires together? Could be not making a full 12v connection?

Before throwing parts on it, get a meter and check for power and ground through the entire circuit.

no.. no touching and no solder. but they were working fine as they were before, and thats why i thought the ballast went. and when u go to turn em on you can hear them sounding like they are going to come on but no light.

yup,
start after the relay because you said it clicks when the switch is activated
then go though the circuit one piece at a time unplug and check voltage until you reach 0 volts
