today i decided enuff is enuff. im tired of going through MAF adapters. today i went out and a mounting point on my MAF was straight broken off! so i said hell i guess thats a quarter of the work done for me, and started grinding away.

 

bout to order a new isolator now too!

Nice. I called it quits after my first, albeit, plastic MAF adapter went out on me.

I did the same thing over 10 years ago. But it was because I was cheap.

 

I have a very nice sturdy OBX Aluminum adapter. Not sure where you guys were getting plastic ones? :shrug:

Meh, regardless I'll be cutting mine for my new intake set up. The OBX adapter has a wide mouth (4"). So it's going from a 2.5" to a 4" back to a 2.5". I'd rather it just be 2.5 all the way through.

 

It came with my eBay intake.

 

i was about to buy some 60 dollar nice polished metal adapter, but i just said **** it because i had already bought an extra coupler and clamps.
