What are these for? - KCA303 Front Caster Correction Bushings
I am about to do LCA's, just paint the oem's and replace the bushings and ball joint.
What is the difference between these bushings and energy suspension bushings for the LCA?
What caster correction do these aim to achieve exactly?

So these improve handling?
How does it compare to the ES bushings I already have.
The entire ES bushing kit costs half of the Caster Correction bushings from whiteline.
Is handling really improved?

Also, when the car has these bushings with caster correction, and you go to get an alignment done, what do you tell the shop?
Don't they punch in the year make and model, and the alignment computer helps set the alignment based on stock setups?
How would the alignment place deal with caster correction bushings, as in compensate the stock computer info for the caster correction? Or would they not have to?
Do these bushing really help handling?

Caster is the angle to which the steering pivot axis is tilted forward or rearward from vertical, as viewed from the side.

I don't know if it improves handling but IMO I wouldn't use caster correction unless the shop tells /shows you your caster is off.

Moved to the Suspension section.
Posted the alignment data sheet I took from Firestone in the thread below. Any suggestions appreciated.

From the looks of the Alignment Printout Sheet, those caster correction bushings should fix it. should put new caster setting at 2.7 and 2.9 degrees left and right respectively.. if the number goes higher then the bushings are on backwards
If you confuse the right bushing with the left you will decrease caster. LOL I wonder if they are marked left and right.
There's a nice little diagram at the bottom of this.

The front end looks fine, it's even L to R.
You already have a little excess caster which will help with straight line tracking.
IMHO - Nothing wrong with the alignment numbers, just drive it.
