Cold start issue

I just had the car for a couple of months. Now since it's getting cold it doesn't start easily. When I start it it'll die out unless I give it a little gas. I'm most sure what it is.

If the car starts and runs fine when the engine is warm, it might be the ECTS - engine coolant temperature sensor.

Check the resistance of the ECTS when it's cold. Make sure it's within spec.
Check the cold idle plunger and linkage, make sure it's opening the throttle body when it's cold.
Clean the throttle body and IACV.

More than likely the ECTS or it's harness! Fuel injection just doesn't work to well when the sensor that it relies on during "Cold open loop" operation is faulty! If your not sure grab one, two or three from your local boneyard and swap out.....they fit in the pocket wel!
