Can't tell from the picture where is the leaking area, if from passenger side behind passenger side wheel, it might be the water pump O-ring, you need either replace the O-rings or replace the entire water pump, it is a common problem on 4th gen Maxima.
ohh sorry, i flipped the pic but when i uploaded it, it came like this, oh and i knew it! damn, i just watched videos on how to remove and replace it. thanks for letting me know.
i bet mine is leaking through the o rings right? in the back of the water pump?

Search this forum and youtube, you will find many DIY and videos.

Well, you need to drain coolant and oil anyway before you start taking it off, so an oil change at the same time. Mine is leaking at the same spot too so I need to do it in near future.

It's a fun task. You will probably want to replace the timing chain tensioner while your doing it. Oh big note. Water pump bolt torque in manual is in INCH POUNDS.
You will have to change oil afterwords since coolant will drain out of water pump hole into timing chain cover.
Other note, get an extendable magnet, will help to remove water pump bolts, without droping in timing chain cover.
You don't have to remove motor mount. a swivl is nice.
