A couple issues I want to fix this weekend!!!

Ok so this weekend im goin to be installing new headlights on my 97. Old ones are a bit yellow. I got the headlights yesterday and i figure tomorrow/saturday is a great time to do it. While doing so im going to go ahead and fix a couple other issues while i have the time. I also have some questions about my fixes maybe you guys can help out a bit.

1. So we got our 1st rain overnight since I bought the car last week. It was a pretty hard and steady rain for a few hours. I noticed that the sunroof leaks, water is dripping from around the sunroof controls/map light area.
What could be the issue and what can i do to fix it? Honestly have never had a sunroof leak. Its a slow drip aswell so its not really pouring in.

2. Throttle response while driving, to me personally feels a bit sluggish at times. While driving, if i accelerate alittle more it doesnt seem to pick up right away, or it takes a few seconds.
Tps? And I was reading the how to's and noticed that it says put the tps on and adjust the "resistances" how do I do this?

3. I noticed yesterday after starting and taking off, that the speedo didnt move from 0. I let off the gas for a second and back on and it worked fine. I did have a cel saturday for a speed sensor but they cleared the code and it hasnt came back on since. The previous owner had a speed sensor replaced and I have the reciepts and such as proof.
What could this be? Also wheres the location?

4. And last. Probably simple as heck, but I have a blown bulb in one of the bumper parking lights. How do I remove these to replace the bulb? Im asking because I dont want to do it the wrong way and break something.

Ive never had to replace any of these items on my previous maxima so, im learning something new this time

1) There are 4 drain lines, one in each corner of the sunroof frame. Make sure they are clear, lightly blow some compressed air or water through them.

2) The transmission likes to stay up in the high gears, you'll get used to that. Does it take off nicely from a dead stop?

3) Replace the speed sensor.

4) They're held in with a Phillips head screw, then pry out gently.

Ok on # 1&4

On 2&3 though...

2. My 95 with 329k never acted like that. It seemed more responsive. Just curious

3. Where is the sensor located? <--noobs type question. But never replced one

he meant a flathead to remove lens, then there's one philips head screw holding in the inside light. twist, remove, opposite to put back in

as far as the " twisting" i was referring to the bulb, not the light.

Thanks for the clarification! So the light on the front or the side comes off first? The bulb thats blown is for the one on the side that stays on when the p lights are on, not the signal light

The side/always on one pops out first.

Put the flathead in between the turn light and parking light and pry.
You'll see the Phillips screw after that.

to check your TPS warm up the car. Then get out your multi meter set it to ohms. your going to want to back probe the black and white wire on the brown connector on you throttle body.(one lead from your multi meter to the white wire the other lead to the black wire)
With the throttle shut ohms should be 500 ohms. wide open should be 4000 ohms if not loosen the 2 lil phillip head screws on the tps and adjust till youre in the above ohm range
