Everyone's gonna say "projector them. Hids in stock housing = glare"

Fwiw, I have 8k headlights and 3k fog lights and can see very well in rain and such..

The lower the Kelvin rating, the more usable light they produce

4300k FTMFW!

4300K is the usual factory rating for HID's. If you are wanting a "blue" look to the lights but still usable output 5400K - 6000k is a good range. Getting above those ranges starts to get purple and has poor visibility and is really annoying to other drivers.

One time some guy in a truck was behind me and he had 12000k HID's. It was so annoying I sped off just to get away. H.I.D - Hey Ima Di**head. Lol. Please OP, don't fall down the road of HID in stock housing. Its just not good for anyone. :P Posted from Maxima.org App for Android
