H.I.D and FOG Lights

Just ordered my h.i.d kit for my head, and fogs what is the easiest way to access the headlight and fog lights? Should I add a relay to my fogs?

Would it be easier to remove the bumper in order to gain access to the two?

yeah I'd use a relay for any aftermarket HID kit. best way would be jack up the car, pop off the front wheels, and do the headlights through the wheel wells and do the fogs from underneath

This is the fastest and easiest way to do it. Dropping the bumper would take longer.
