I have cattman 4th gen headers and they are going into my 5.5 without get and I was wondering what size the egr bolt is. I.e thread type so I can just close it shut. I know you can get it at Home Depot but I installed the new motor in the car and can't really take the headers off. (I know I should have thought about it and taken the headers into Home Depot).

I did a quick search and found M20x1.25. I doubt a hardware store will have a bolt that large. If you have an old guide tube, cut the nut off the end, stick a nickle in the header, then screw in the nut. Otherwise buy the EGR plug, 14052-21R00.
