The mount has nothing to do with that.

Did you clock the upper spring perch correctly? The word OUT stamped on the top needs to face outwards, and be in line with the struts lower mounting flange.
Did you replace the bearing? Did you put the bearing in upside down? (Seen that b4)

Make sure the upper spring perch is clocked correctly and replace the strut bearing.

I think it might be that I didnt clock it correctly. I just made sure the spring fit in the right spot and thats about it. The piece that says "out, came seperate from the rubber, so i just made sure the spring was in there right and didnt worry about the pice that goes above the top spring mount rubber. Ill take it all apart and do it again tonight.

Thanks!

Your talking about the 3 studs on the mount? They will only mount to the car one way.
The upper perch is the top piece that the rubber seat and spring sit on. The bearing sits on top of that and allows the spring and strut assembly to rotate on the strut mount.

I have the spring seated in the rubber correctly, but the perch is in the wrong spot for sure.
It is rotated wrong

Would you say that's prolly my issue?

You get it fixed? It is pretty obvious from the video that the bearing/mount assembly was binding and not turning smoothly.
