Service Engine Soon?

Was hooking up a Valentine One Radar Detector directly to my fuse box on my 1998 Maxi SE - something was incorrectly wired (obviously), cause when I started the vehicle, all my gauges and interior lights switched off. Had to replace a bunch of fuses. Now the "Service Engine Soon" light is on. Is there a way for me to reset this? If not, how much will it cost to have my ECU reset? Will any problems arise from driving the vehicle with this light on?

Any advise is appreciated,
Tony Kovicak

My advice is to read the threads marked "important" at the top of this forum.

Please.

You can reset the ecu yourself. Go to maximadriver.com or use the search feature here and find the info.
