Guessing that you have a bad relay.

Its under one of the pannles in the engine compartment that houses the relays and fuses. I will ho take a look. In a little bit to locate the high beam and low beam relay and report back to you.
My best guess would be that the hi / low beam relay has become stuck in the high beam position. If it turns out the relay is good, that my next step would be to have you check the wiring in order to make sure that the high beam negative wire is not grounding out somewhere sending power to the supply power wire for the hi beam.

I'll let you know soon
Nathan

After a quick look it would appear that the relay in in the box located at the front of the engine bay on the passenger side, right in front of the power steering resivior. The relay is labeled "lamp". I believe this is the suspect relay. However I have to check the wiring diagrams to know for sure.

Sounds like a light switch/stalk problem....

First of all, there is no relay in the headlight circuit. There is a relay that will flash the headlights if the alarm goes off, but that would cause both headlights to be on.

The problem could be a bulb where the filaments are touching inside the lamp. It could also be the headlight switch.

My bad sorry guys. By no means did I want to give out misinformation. I really did think that the relay or whatever it is, marked "lamp" was a hi beam low beam relay.

Again sorry.
