New Paint job for hood??? What $$??

Ok, so tonight I didnt see a chain connecting some poles in the parking lot and I hit and it went up on my hood and scratched it pretty good, all of the right half, and little on the front 1/4 up by the hood. What do you think I am looking at for something like that? Yes,I know its stupid but it happens, i didnt see it, the girl with me did, and just laughed at me.......haha, oh well, i dont even care. So whats your thoughts on the cost here?

You are looking at around $250.

Might be a little more than $250 if it got dented too, which it sounds like it did. But if its just paint, $250 is a reasonable estimate. Dont settle on just price though, go to a reputable body shop that is very busy. Good luck!

No, no dents at all, it was one of those chains that just are connecting poles, and going thru them, it just hit, swung up on my car, and then down. Its just paint. I think the sides will have to be done a little (side of by tires of front end) but nothing more then that!

i agree, if the price is more than 350, just spend the extra 100 bucks and get a Carbon fiber hood.......what color is your car anyways?

I think anywhere from $80 - $180. You get what you pay for. A decent price would be $120 I would say
