advice on painting my wheels
I bought a set of stock 2000 max
Wheels for my 99 for cheap...just finished "restoring" the rim it self (sanded out curb rashand bonded a nasty gouge one had)
Now my plans are to paint them back to their silver color to look original and then plasti dip them gunmetal gray.
I used self etching primer and was wondering if i should sand it before the coats of silver spray
Also if anyone happens to have the 6 spoke 2000 max rims on the 4th gen i would like to see some picture ....especially if by some odd coincidence they are gunmetal hhaha

I can guarantee you'll find 2000 6spoke wheels on a 4th gen in this thread...

After the primer is down, I wouldn't sand.
