help with engine support

Hey guys I'm new u have a 97 maxima and underneath the engine I noticed the support has been cracked so my engine now hangs a little low. Any suggestions

This is a very common problem for 4th gen Maximas that live where there's lots of rain and/or snow. Time for a replacement. Get it directly from Nissan

Or do you mean the engine mounts? if so go to rockauto.com for great mounts.

if it is the radiator support, there are alot of replacement threads with pics on the issue....but its a crappy job, and if you have to pay someone to do it, your not gonna like the price either...good luck

I just had my radiator support replaced on my 5th gen, cost me $565 in labor/shop supplies. I supplied the Nissan support.

If I found a quote like that around me I'd have fixed mine a loooong time ago lol

yes, if u dont know anyone, around here (RI) that is a 1000 job...

I didn't know anyone at this shop. I stopped by asked a ton of questions got a quote and that was it. They also had good reviews and it wasn't some chain establishment. They did great work and I'll be returning for any future work.
