resoldering speedometer PCB for CC fix

I have been having problems with my cruise control working intermittently and I have a VSS error code. After doing some research, I have determined that I need to resolder my speedometer PCB board. I have seen others stress that the the hole circled in red needs be be soldered but what about the other holes circled in yellow?

I will let you know if this solves my cruise control and VSS problems.

The speedometer cluster will not cause a VSS error. The VSS is in the transmission and feeds the speedometer and the cruise control. Fix the VSS problem and the cruise control will work.

I've read on several threads here that bad solder joints and loose mounting screws cause a VSS CEL and thus causes the CC to stop working.

I had no cruise control and a vss related cel. I replaced the vss, that did not fix the problem. I resoldered all four of the spots the first poster circled. The repair did solve the cel code. I still have no cruise.

When your CC stopped working, did your speedo stop working too?

Speedo always worked, but the CC would work intermittently and now it does not work at all.

I recently replaced my transmission and the new one came with a VSS, so I figured that a bad speedo connection was throwing the CEL.

In that thread, smai555 recommended resoldering the speedo, which solved the CC and VSS problem. However, I can not tell if the screws that I circled in my picture are soldered in his.

The contacts marked with a green box are what needs to be resoldered.

Thanks for posting the circuit board with re-solder locations.
