Hard starting

97 maxima hard starting. The starter will engage and it sounds like it looses power for a split second and will grind and then will work again. It also takes forever for the car to fire. And when it does, it is very flooded. It will run like crap for a couple seconds and smells like raw gas. I replaced crank sensor and temp sensor and battery. Starter tested good. I have an o2 sensor code but its been doing this before I got the code.

Check the positive cable connections to the starter. Make sure they are clean and tight.
Bench testing a starter isn't really proving it's able to turn your engine over. When mine started to go, it did exactly what you're describing.
