96 112K 5spd miles with some issues...

Picked this car up for 800$ with some suspension issues, does have a rebuilt title, but EVERYTHING is straight! Now, don't get me wrong, I've searched and searched before I decided to post, but can't find anything to the problems i'm having.. I've already taken it to a shop, where I had new CV axles installed, new outer tie rod ends, new ball joint on pass. side, and new lower control arm, on passenger side. Car runs great with no CEL or other lights.
1.) Upon hard-ish acceleration ESPECIALLY when turning right, i hear, a kind of grinding, like you'd imagine an axle slipping out of its groove, but the ends on the axles look perfectly fine..? I'm not sure what is causing it, but it sounds awful. The shop said I needed new struts, and strut mounts..but the struts feel fine..the car bounces once when I push down on it, on all 4 corners.
2.) Last issue..everything works from the bose, to the heated seats, and climate control..what doesn't work is the Rear defrost (that or the light just doesn't turn on) the washer fluid motor, and the lights behind the RR defrost, lights behind the hazards, or the lights behind the climate control. The screen and button works just fine, just not the lights for at night. It just seems unlikely ALL those bulbs are burnt out, with the issues i'm having.
Don't get me wrong, I'm familiar with the Maxima's, I also have a 170k auto maxima that i've done a few things and fixed a few things on.. so if anyone has any ideas on this, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

1) Zche k the font brake disk dust shield, brake pads and wheel bearings. Struts don't make grinding noises per say. If the ride is controlled, leave them alone.

2) Is the dimmer switch working? Some of the bulbs may be burnt out, you should be able to check for voltage and the bulbs themselves with a multi meter. As far as the operation on the rear defrost, fog up the interior and switch it on. If the rear window starts to clear its workng. Or once again you can check for voltage at the connector by the rear window and look for continuity on the window itself.
